Fin 3 roms villa ligger i Capistrano Village. Huset er veldig stort, det har 3 soverom, 2 av dem ovenpå med balkonger, en av dem med bad ensuite. Et andre bad er også oppe. Nede finner vi stuen, kjøkkenet med tilgang til terrasse og hage, et tredje rom og et toalett.
I første etasje finner du stuen, ett soverom, et toalett og kjøkkenet som lar deg gå til terrassen og hagen. Terrassen har solsenger, spisestue og slappe av med sofaer. Det er en liten hage med sitrontrær, ideelt for å forberede gin tonics!
I første etasje er det to soverom med små balkonger. Ett av soverommene har eget bad med dusj. Og du finner i denne etasjen også hovedbadet med badekar.
Huset ligger bare 200 meter fra de felles svømmebassengene.
Det er Wifi betale når du går og noen engelske kanaler.

The house was great for what we needed (6 friends on holiday). The outdoor space was great with a good bbq for cooking. The bedrooms were spacious and kitchen well equipped. Natalia was a great host and always on hand for questions and booking taxis etc.

The villa was very spacious and clean. A short walk from the beach downhill but honestly not a bad walk back up, even with a baby in the pushchair! The kitchen was so well equipped with everything we needed. I found Natalia and her colleagues very helpful and would definitely recommend staying here.

A lovely house with good access to the centre of Nerja and its beaches. All of the rooms were very comfortable with air conditioning throughout. The terrace was a great place to sit out and relax and only marred at certain times by the noise from the main road the garden overlooks.

Alojamiento en perfectas condiciones de limpieza, con todo lo necesario en la cocina: sal, azúcar, café, condimentos, lavavajillas, detergentes,... Disponía de artículos para la playa: sombrillas, esterillas, palas, cubos, colchonetas,... La urbanización muy tranquila y con una zona recreativa y de piscina muy completa. La casa está en una ubicación ideal para descansar en vacaciones. La comunicación con la propiedad ha sido sencilla y fluida. MUY RECOMENDABLE!
