All essential services are nearby: supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, medical center, and shops. No need for a car!

Conditions: 

One month's deposit (€1,100)

All additional expenses are included, such as internet, water and electricity.
With a maximum electricity bill of €80 per month. If it exceeds this amount, the client must pay the difference.

Pets are not allowed.
