Ideally for a couple. Close to the beach and the centre of Nerja in the Parador area. The beach is less than 200m and it is very close to the famous Carabeo street. Perfect location to go walking everywhere. Less than 10 minutes from Burriana beach and the "Balcón de Europa". 

The apartment has one bedroom with double bed, open plan kitchen and living room and a bathroom with shower. 

It is southwest faced so it gets sun all day.

There is free Wifi and international TV channels, including 2 Swedish channels and 2 Norwegian ones. 

There is a private terrace on the top with sunbeds for sunbathing and a small table to enjoy the perfect glass of wine in the evening or having a fresh breakfast in a sunny morning.

The most representative tourist attractions of this beautiful town are: The Caves of Nerja, recognised as one of the most significant on the European continent for its historical and geological value; The Balcony of Europe and the famous cliffs of Maro (district of Nerja). Likewise, the beaches and coves along the coast of Nerja are popular for their beauty and for the various water activities they offer. The beaches of Burriana, Calahonda, Carabeo, Torrecilla, among many others, have a very pleasant atmosphere practically all year round.

On the other hand, this municipality could be considered an ideal place to live because of its warm climate, characteristic for the numerous days of sunshine enjoyed by the residents of Nerja every year; the tranquillity of its streets; the gastronomic offer and the location of the basic services and its proximity to Málaga airport.
