Located on the outskirts of Nerja in the fantastic urbanisation Pueblo Rocio, well kept, quiet and with a big community pool. Only 1,50 kilometres to the town centre. Good bus connection and only some minutes walking to the supermarket Lidl.
The large property has one big double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, one shower room with a window, lounge-dining room with open kitchen and a south facing quadratic terrace.

Nerja is a town located in the south of Spain on the Costa del Sol. Its coastline made up of coves, beaches and cliffs bathed by the Mediterranean Sea are its main tourist attraction. One of the most emblematic beaches of Nerja is called Burriana. Its coves Calahonda and La Caletilla surround the marvellous Balcón de Europa (popular symbol of Nerja).
The hours of sunshine enjoyed by the inhabitants of Nerja are enviable in the rest of Spain. In fact, in Nerja it is possible to enjoy a pleasant stroll practically every day of the year thanks to its warm and not very changeable climate.
In Maro (a district of Nerja) we find the main symbol of the town: Las Cuevas de Nerja (the Nerja Caves). Not forgetting the cliffs that border the coast of Nerja. In the surrounding area there are numerous hiking routes during which it is possible to enjoy the Sierra de Almijara and appreciate the views of the Mediterranean Sea at the same time.
In short, Nerja can be the ideal place to find the balance between nature, leisure and tranquillity that we all need.
